One way to lower cholesterol is to grind 42 Ajwa dates seeds and put them in a jar. Use this powdered form daily on an empty stomach. Another way is to mix a teaspoon of pure honey with 2 Ajwa dates seeds and use it in the morning on an empty stomach for 21 days and have breakfast half an hour later.

3. Prevents Angina by Using Honey and Dates

It is also possible to prevent angina with the use of honey and dates. Take 21 seeds of Ajwa date and after removing the kernels from it, grind it into fine powder form. Then fill the powder of dates’ seeds again in the same space from which the seeds were extracted. Use them regularly for 21 days. You will find better results. In the same way, Allah has placed such efficacy in honey that it cannot be described. Honey is a great gift of Allah for the weak and lethargic individuals, whose constant use in winter makes a lethargic person healthy and fit. And the biggest thing is that to get rid of male weakness, mix two spoons of honey in warm milk and drink it before going to bed at night. And if dates are used along with honey, it will be accompanied by innumerable health benefits.
