Receive bank account details and transfer the payment. Send proof of payment (screenshot of payment/picture of transaction bill) to the email.
Step 4
After the payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation and a patient intake form from us

After Conducting the Consultation you will receive details holistic regimen to follow

Wellness consultation appointments must be paid for in advance. Refunds for packages are not permitted except under extenuating circumstances and must be accompanied by a written email explanation.
